Bill’s Favorite Salad to go with any venison recipe

 Fresh crispy lettuce chopped to your liking.
Add some fresh cherry tomato’s, small amount of fine chopped onion. Now add a few black olives, and grated Colby Jack, or extra sharp yellow cheese.
Next add a 1/4th cup raisins. top off with French, or Catalina dressing. Add parmesan cheese [ optional ]
This salad is by far my favorite salad with any kind of venison. The red dressing and raisins gives it a tasty sweet and chewy side salad. Once again enjoy.
